What is guest capacity?We can accommodate up to 200 guests.

How close are hotels/lodging to the farm?We are 10 minutes from major hotels in Traverse City, plus nearby campgrounds and Airbnb options.

Can we bring in our own vendors?Yes! We welcome you to bring in your preferred wedding vendors.

What is The Cobblestone Farm's wedding season?Our wedding season runs from May through October.

How late can our guests stay on our wedding night?Weddings receptions can go until: 10pm | Sunday - Thursday 11pm | Friday - Saturday

What is the setup and tear-down process?We handle setup, tear-down, and cleanup—all you need to do is remove personal items after the reception.

How do I set up a tour of the farm?We offer tours year-round—just give us a call!

Can you hold our date for us?We can only reserve dates with a $2,500 deposit and a signed venue contract.

How do I reserve my wedding date?A $2,500 date reservation deposit is all that is required to reserve your special weekend here at The Cobblestone Farm.

What is the policy for paying off the venue balance after we book our wedding date?The full venue fee must be paid by the 1st of the month before your wedding (e.g., if your wedding is in July, the final payment is due by June 1st).

Are there any other fees I should know about?6% Michigan sales tax applies. $1000 refundable damage deposit required.

What is the farms date change/cancellation policy?Date changes must be requested in writing before January 1st of your wedding year. If moving to a later season, you may be subject to price increases. Cancellations forfeit all payments made.

What is the venue rental fee for Cobblestone Farms?We do things slightly different at Cobblestone Farm, we like to design a package specifically for you, your needs, your budget and your special date. Contact me anytime and I will be more than happy to design a package for you :)

Where can we find information on obtaining our Michigan marriage license?Michigan residents obtain licenses from their home county. Out-of-state couples must apply through Grand Traverse County Marriage License Information.
